I had the pleasure of working with Val from Baby Cocoon when she reached out, overwhelmed by the arduous task of uploading products to her still-to-be-launched website www.babycocoon.co.uk.

Featuring the very best, high-end baby prams, travel systems and nursery furniture, Val wanted a warm and welcoming online store for her Scottish family business supporting new parents and grandparents. The brief called for a calm, user-friendly site that reflected the brand’s ethos of care, quality and trust.

Built on Shopify, the site features a clean layout, intuitive navigation and soft branding to create a stress-free shopping experience. From product page optimisation to mobile performance, every detail was considered with the customer in mind.
